A Passion for Renovation
Founder, Todd Schmidt’s passion for remodeling started at a young age while working with his father on numerous home projects. This passion led him to The Ohio State University where he received a degree in Business Management followed by 12 years of successful work remodeling historic homes. Renovations Unlimited was established in 1993 and has focused on our Design-Build-Remodel process since its conception.
